Page 1. Acceptance, Eligibility, and Service Overview
1.1 Agreement to the terms
By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using VeralogicLabs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and any additional policies or guidelines that we publish for specific features. If you do not agree, you should not use the service. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, agency, institution, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
1.2 Eligibility and responsible use
You must use the service only in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and internal governance requirements that apply to your organization or use case. You are responsible for ensuring that your access, uploads, investigations, and decisions are lawful in the jurisdictions relevant to you.
You must provide accurate information when registering or communicating with us, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your credentials except where caused directly by our failure to maintain reasonable platform controls.
1.3 Nature of the service
VeralogicLabs provides tools intended to support digital content review, suspicious media screening, case handling, trust reporting, and related operational workflows. The platform may include user submission forms, URL intake, file upload tools, dashboards, case histories, AI-assisted analysis, expert review support, and structured reporting interfaces.
The service is intended to support decision-making, not replace human judgment. Reports, scores, indicators, alerts, and classifications are informational tools that should be interpreted in context. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs, making their own decisions, and taking any downstream action appropriately.

2.1 Your submissions and rights
You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to any rights that belong to third parties. By uploading or submitting content to the service, you grant us the rights reasonably necessary to host, store, copy, process, analyze, display, transmit, and otherwise use that content for the purpose of operating the platform, generating requested outputs, maintaining records, improving safety, and enforcing these terms.
You represent that you have the right to submit the material and that your submission does not violate law, infringe intellectual property rights, breach confidentiality obligations, or unlawfully expose the personal data of another person. If you submit content on behalf of an employer or client, you represent that you have authorization to do so.
2.2 Prohibited conduct
You may not use the service to engage in illegal conduct, harassment, stalking, discrimination, malware distribution, denial-of-service activity, credential theft, phishing, bulk spam, deception, or any attempt to abuse the platform for offensive or unauthorized surveillance. You may not reverse engineer restricted portions of the service, bypass security controls, scrape non-public data, or attempt to access accounts, cases, or reports that do not belong to you.
- You must not upload content that is intentionally malicious, unsafe, or designed to disrupt our systems.
- You must not misrepresent your identity or affiliation in connection with an investigation or submission.
- You must not rely on the service to make fully automated decisions where the law requires meaningful human review.
- You must not use the service in a way that damages its availability, integrity, or reputation.
2.3 Enforcement and moderation
We may monitor usage, review submissions, quarantine files, rate-limit activity, suspend accounts, remove content, or block access when we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect users, preserve security, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms. We may also cooperate with lawful requests from authorities and preserve evidence when required.

3.1 Service availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Features may evolve, interfaces may change, and analysis methods may be refined as the platform develops. Although we aim for reliable availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with every environment, browser, workflow, or file type.
3.2 Intellectual property
Except for user-submitted content and third-party materials, the service, including its software, structure, workflows, designs, text, visual elements, analytics presentation, trademarks, logos, and documentation, is owned by VeralogicLabs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
3.3 No professional or guaranteed outcome
The service may provide indicators, labels, scores, summaries, or recommendations based on technical review or AI-assisted analysis. These outputs are not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, or suitable for every purpose. They should not be treated as legal advice, forensic certification, regulatory determination, or a guarantee of truthfulness, authenticity, or fraud. Content that appears trustworthy may still be false, and content flagged as risky may later be shown to be benign.
3.4 Warranty disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, security, accuracy, and performance. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain disclaimers, so parts of this clause may not apply in full to you.

4.1 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VeralogicLabs and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or anticipated savings arising out of or related to your use of the service. This limitation applies even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will be limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or if no fees were paid, a reasonable nominal amount permitted under applicable law.
4.2 Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VeralogicLabs from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the service, your submissions, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any rights of another person or entity.
4.3 Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you materially breach these terms, create risk for the platform or others, fail to pay applicable fees if relevant, or if continued access would expose us to legal or security concerns. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnities, and dispute-related clauses, will survive.
4.4 General terms
These terms, together with incorporated policies, form the entire agreement between you and VeralogicLabs regarding the service unless a separate written agreement applies. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign these terms in connection with a corporate transaction or reorganization. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.
